Yes. A standard diagnostic charge applies. This covers our time to attend, inspect the vehicle, carry out initial checks, and advise on the next step.

No, we can’t accurately diagnose faults by message alone. Modern vehicles often need proper checks before parts are replaced, so we usually recommend a diagnostic first where the fault is not confirmed.

No, we don’t usually carry out labour-only work using customer-supplied parts. This helps us maintain quality control and provide the correct warranty on the work we carry out.

What warranty do you offer?

Parts and labour are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles unless stated otherwise. Warranty only applies to the parts and work supplied by BPR Tech, and does not cover unrelated faults or customer-supplied parts.

Yes, we offer interim and basic servicing using quality parts and the correct oil specification for your vehicle. Send us your registration and mileage and we can advise the most suitable service.

Yes, we carry out brake inspections, brake pads, discs, calipers, and other braking system repairs where suitable to do so mobile.

Yes, we offer DPF assessment, chemical cleaning, and forced regeneration where the vehicle is suitable. A diagnostic may be required first to check why the DPF has become blocked, as the underlying fault needs to be understood before cleaning.

No, we don’t offer air-con regas. We can help with certain mechanical air-con faults or component replacement, but the system would need to be regassed by an air-con specialist.
